Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, directed by Ayan Mukherjee, has now achieved a new milestone. The makers re-released the film in theaters on January 3, 2025 on the occasion of New Year. The movie stars Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Kalki Koechlin.
The film took an opening of Rs 1.90 crore in theaters after re-release. After which it became the second highest grossing film in re-release. Seeing the tremendous opening of the film, the makers increased its screens and by the first weekend it had done a business of 6 crores. By the end of its first week, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani had earned 13 crores.
