Kanguva

Vettaiyan
Rajinikanth‘s ‘Vettaiyan‘ hit the theatres on 10 October 2024. Apart from Rajinikanth, the film also featured Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil and Rana Daggubati. After the success of ‘Jailer’, there were a lot of expectations from this film as well. However, the film struggled a lot in the first week. The film grossed Rs 240 crore worldwide, which is much less than a traditional Rajinikanth film.
Bade Miyan Chote Miyan
Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ was promoted on a very large scale. Looking at the promotion of the film, it seemed that it would be a big hit, but the film failed at the box office. Despite Akshay Kumar being in the lead role, the film could not get the love of the audience. This action film with a budget of Rs 350 crore did a business of only 100 crore worldwide.

Janhvi Kapoor played an important role in the film ‘Ulajh’ which was released on 2 August. This film did not do well at the box office. According to media reports, this film could do a business of only 11 crores at the box office.
