Aditya Roy Kapur: When Aditya faced failures in his career, he said- he got the support of friends and family
Known for delivering several hit films, Bollywood star Aditya Roy Kapur recently opened up about the struggles he faced during his career when he did not get work due to a string of flops and how important it was to have a strong support system. He emphasised that having the support of friends and family was the secret to getting through those challenging times.
The actor revealed how some of his films were not liked by the people and he was also disappointed with the roles he was getting at that time. He said, “There were some moments when films did not work or when no one had work. Some films did not do well and I did not like anything, maybe because I was weak at that time.”
When Kareena asked how he deals with failures, Aditya explained that his approach varies depending on the film. He highlighted the significant investment of time and effort that goes into making a film. After dedicating almost a year to a project, the impact of a flop can be profound.
This tough phase of lack of work made him realise the importance of having a strong support system. He said, “It was a tough phase when I was not enjoying anything and was not even working for some time.” Aditya admitted that the encouragement of friends and family helped him deal with those tough moments.
