The story of the movie is set in Goa. And follows the incidences which happens at a local pub known as Sugar Factory. The pub is owned by a middle age man Bobs. He is friendly with his clients. The main reason people visits the Sugar Factory again and again is the good behavior and services offered by the owner and its staff.
Arya is young and smart man. He is a wedding planner. But he don’t believes in relationships, love and commitments. He take these things as a boundation. He wants to live his life freely. So he stays away from any kind of serious relationship. He visits Sugar Factory with his friends on regular basis.
Adithi Bopana is a young and beautiful woman. She is a software engineer. Due to some bitter experiences of life she also don’t have faith on Love, commitment and marriage. She is a successful lady on her life and wants to live her life alone. She believes in enjoying every moment of life. She is also a regular visitor of Sugar Factory.
On a fateful New Years Eve Arya and Aditi happens to meet at Sugar Factory. They are enjoying with their friends and they are fully drunk. They purpose each other in the druken state and presents themselves as a couple infront of their friends.
In their sober state they get to know about their doings. They both agrees to continue the fake relationship to maintain their good reputation in front of their friends. They starts to act like lover. But some unfaithful events leads this fake relationship ends at the same place where it was begins. After losing each other they get to know the value of each. Will they ever confess their true feelings?
