Singham Again : Earned only this much on the fourth Monday
Ajay Devgn‘s recent film ‘Singham Again‘ was one of the most awaited films of this year. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film is the third installment of the Singham franchise and the fifth film in Shetty‘s cop universe. However, the film did not perform as expected at the box office. Now even after the fourth weekend, its collection has seen a huge drop.
The film started with an opening of Rs 43.5 crore and earned a brilliant Rs 173 crore in the first week. This figure dropped to Rs 47.5 crore in the second week and to Rs 15.56 crore in the third week. In the fourth weekend, the film earned just Rs 4 crore 15 lakh, after which the total net collection of the film reached Rs 240.3 crore
Hopes of being a hit ended on Monday
After the fourth weekend, the film’s earnings have declined further. On Monday, the film has barely earned Rs 55 lakh. After this earning, the total collection of the film has now reached only Rs 240.85 crore. The chances of the film reaching the figure of 250 crores also seem less now.
