Dhadak 2: The film’s release date pushed forward!
Filmmaker and producer Karan Johar made an official announcement about ‘Dhadak 2’ in May this year. The film, starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Tripti Dimri, was scheduled to release in theaters on November 22, 2024, but now it seems that the film will not release on time. New information is coming out regarding the release date of the film.
According to reports, the film ‘Dhadak 2’ may not release on the scheduled date. The makers have reportedly postponed the release of Dhadak 2. It is being claimed that several factors are responsible for the delay in the film. However, the main reason is that some parts of Dhadak 2 are yet to be shot. Also, there has been a reshuffle in the post-production team and due to this too the release of the film is getting delayed.
Siddhant Chaturvedi and Tripti Dimri‘s Dhadak 2 will reportedly hit the big screens in the first quarter of 2025. The report claims that a few songs and some patchwork are yet to be filmed. The makers are now hoping for a release in the first quarter of 2025. As per the report, Dhadak 2 is an official remake of the Tamil film Pariyerum Perumal.
It is also being claimed on social media that the release of ‘Dhadak 2’ was also postponed due to the box office failure of Siddhant‘s ‘Yudra’. It was said that the producers were worried about the box office performance of ‘Yudra’ as it was Siddhant‘s first solo theatrical release. After its disappointing performance, the team thought it appropriate to keep a considerable gap between the two films.
