However, the singer did not let the rain overpower him and kept singing in the rain. Now a video of him is going viral on social media, in which he is seen singing while holding an umbrella.
Video surfaced
In the video, Shaan can be seen wearing a black shirt. He is heard telling his audience, ‘I am singing with an umbrella, but not because I don’t want to get wet. This is just to protect the mic. Otherwise, I enjoy the rain a lot.’ Soon after, he started singing his iconic song ‘Dil ne tumko chun liya hai’.

A social media user shared a video of Shaan and wrote a note praising him. The user wrote, ‘Yaar, what a night it was! It was an open concert and when the atmosphere was heating up, the rain came. Sab nikla gaye se stage, the lights went off, but Shaan stayed on stage. There was no background music, just his voice echoing in the rain. The crowd was drenched, he was soaked, but he kept performing like a true artist. Honestly, we didn’t even need his music. The voice was enough to keep the atmosphere alive. Salute to this spirit.’
