Bigg Boss 18 house, makers took the decision after being accused of animal cruelty
Salman Khan‘s show ‘Bigg Boss 18’ is ready to entertain the audience. However, the excitement of the audience is also at its peak due to the changed sequence. The makers of Bigg Boss 18 surprised everyone by announcing the inclusion of a ‘donkey’ in the show this year. The makers declared ‘Gadhraj’ as the 19th contestant of the show. However, now the news has come that ‘Gadhraj’ will be removed from the show after the PFA accused the makers of animal cruelty.
While many contestants were seen interacting with ‘Gadhraj’ many times in the show, PETA India had written a letter to the show’s host Salman Khan a few days ago requesting him to release the donkey. An NGO named ‘People for Animals’ had also criticized the makers of the show and accused them of mistreating animals.
They accused the makers of the show of putting ‘Gadhraj’ in a wrong position for their entertainment and requested them to release ‘Gadhraj’. The NGO has now once again announced the release of ‘Gadhraj’ from the show on its Instagram handle. Sharing an update about this, the NGO thanked its chairperson Maneka Gandhi for her intervention and making the donkey’s release possible.
Sharing a note on its Instagram handle, the NGO wrote, “Thank you to Smt. Maneka Sanjay Gandhi, Chairperson, People For Animals, for intervening in this matter. This success was possible due to the collective efforts of everyone in the community who stood up for the release of the donkey.”
