Accused of giving false assurances


According to media reports, the company has accused Badshah that despite repeated contacts, Badshah only gave false assurances and postponed the payment deadline without actually making any payment. Badshah and Amit Uchana are seen in the song Bawaal. This song has become very popular. Since its release on Badshah‘s personal channel, it has received more than 15 crore views on YouTube.

Landed in legal trouble last year too


The media company claims that they spent a lot of money on the production and promotion of the song. The company says that the work and efforts done by them have been helpful in enhancing Badshah‘s brand image and public reputation. This is not the first time Badshah has faced legal issues. Last year, he had to appear before the Maharashtra Police’s cyber cell for his involvement in promoting the online betting app FairPlay.
