Narayan Das Narang

Narayandas Kishandas Narang (1946 July 27 - 2022 April 19) President of the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce (2019 - 2022). [1] Head of Asian Multiplex, Asian Theatres. Apart from being a film producer, he is also known as a film financier and distributor. He has financed and distributed more than 650 films. His ancestry is from the region of Pakistan and Afghanistan. They came to India after the partition of the country. Settled in Mumbai. Then came to Hyderabad in 1950s. Narayan Das Narang was born to Kanyalal Narang and Lilavati Narang. He has three brothers and three sisters. Narayan Das has wife Sunita and three children. They are Sunil Narang, Bharat and Mona. 76-year-old Narayan Das Narang passed away on April 19, 2022 in Hyderabad due to severe illness. [2] At the time of his death, 'Ghost' with Nagarjuna and 'Saar' with Dhanush were under production and around ten films were under production. Earlier, he produced films like Love Story , Lakshya and others under his Sri Venkateswara Cinemas banner.
