Permanent roommates follow the hilarious story of a couple. Season 1 shows that Tanya and Mikesh are in a long-distance relationship. Mikesh returns to India from the US to propose to her for marriage. But Tanya refuses the proposal because Mikesh barely knows about her personality. The two decide to get to know each other. They moved in together to give their relationship a chance. The two face many comical situations while living together. They decided to get married because of Tanya’s premarital pregnancy.
In season 2, Tanya and Mikesh are preparing for their marriage. They introduced each other to their family. And decides the dates and venues for the functions of marriage. The whole wedding drama turns out to be a rollercoaster ride when their opinions start to clash. They have different preferences according to their different personalities, which brings twists and turns to the wedding plans. Finally, after so much hilarious drama, they get married.
In season 3, Tanya and Mikesh are happily married and leading a peaceful life. Suddenly, Tanya wants to relocate to the US to get better career opportunities. But Mikesh wants to stay in India. This leads to never-ending arguments and disagreements. Tanya refuses to talk to Mikesh when she realises that Mikesh is not interested in moving to the US. And this brings a conflicting situation for Mikesh. How will Mike handle these situations? Will they move to the US permanently?
Actors Sumeet Vyas, Nidhi Singh, Rohit Sukhwani, Deepak Kumar, Shishir Sharma, Asrani, Sheeba Chaddha, Darshan Jariwala, Ayesha Raza Mishra, Manu Rishi, and Anandeshwar Dwivedi are playing key roles in the series, with various other actors in supporting roles.
