Kanti Sharan Mudgal is a simple and kind man. He has a wife and two children. He is a loving father. And a caring husband. He runs a pooja item shop near a temple. He is a devotee of mahakaal.
His life turns upside down when his son Vivek gets admitted to the hospital due to exhaustion caused by excessive masturbation. Vivek is thrown out of school after a video of him doing the sinful act in the school toilet goes viral on the internet. He is blamed for immoral conduct.
Kanti is now grief-struck. He was unable to handle the crisis caused by the shameful acts of his son. To save his family from the outcome of this incident, Kanti decides to flee with his family.
An unknown man enters his life and guides him through this difficult situation. He encourages him to fight for his son. Kanti realises that his son has actually been a victim of misinformation and misguidance.
Kanti takes the matter into his own hands and drags the school authorities to court along with babas, sex therapists, a doctor, and a chemist who made Vivek conscious of his sexual desires.
Actors: Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, Yami Gautam Dhar, Arun Govil, Rofique Khan, Govind Namdev, Vedika Nanvani, and Yash Bhojwanic are playing key roles in the movie, with various other actors in supporting roles.
The story of the movie is written and directed by Amit Rai. The movie is co-produced by Aruna Bhatia, Vipul D. Shah, Rajesh Bahl, and Ashwin Varde in association with Cape of Good Films, Viacom18 Studios, and Wakaoo Films.
The movie will released on Netflix on October 8, 2023.
