The series tells the story of Kim Eun Mi. During her high school, one day she discovered that she was pregnant. Her entire life path changed when she made the decision to keep the child. Kim Eun Mi faces many difficulties during her pregnancy. She became the single mother of a beautiful daughter and named her Kim Jin Hee. Eun Mi raised her daughter alone. One can say they both grew up together with each other’s support.
Now, Eun Mi is forty years old, and she works as a physical therapist. Her daughter Jin Hee is twenty-nine years old, and she works as an officer at the Namchon Police Substation. Although Jin Hee is an adult now, she prefers to stay with her mother in her house. Both of them daily fight over small issues like kids, but they also love each other. They share a unique bond as mother and daughter.
The mother and daughter face challenges in their lives. Eun Mi’s life takes an unexpected turn when Dr. Park Jin appears in her life, and Jin Hee faces complications at work when she gets demoted to the police substation.
Actors Jeon Hye jin, Choi Soo young, Ahn Jae wook, and Park Sung hoon are playing key roles, with various other actors playing supporting roles in the series.
The series is directed by Lee Min woo. And the story of the series is written by Min Seon ae. The series is co-produced by Woo Ji hee, Jung Gwi jeong, Ahn Chang hyun, and Park Ho sik under the banner of Baram Pictures in association with Arc Media. The music for the series is composed by Park Se-joon.
