Kartik Aryan and Trupti Dimri’s upcoming film ‘Aashiqui 3’ is facing problems even before going on the floors. Firstly, the name of the film has been changed from ‘Aashiqui 3’ to ‘Tu Hai Aashiqui’. People on social media are saying that ‘Aashiqui 3’ (Tu Hai Aashiqui) will be a remake of the film ‘Basera’ released in 1981. The filmmaker of the film ‘Basera’ was Ramesh Bahl. Now the family members of the late filmmaker have issued a notice in the name of T Series. In the notice issued, questions have been asked to T Series owner Bhushan Kumar.
Let us tell you, the director of ‘Aashiqui 3’ (Tu Hai Aashiqui) is Anurag Basu. According to the Zoom interview, Ramesh Bahl’s family members gave the notice because the film is being made without their permission.

It is written in the notice issued that no plot, scene, dialogue and character of ‘Basera’ can be used without permission. We have the legal rights of this film.
Now a person associated with the production team of ‘Tu Hai Aashiqui’ called it a rumour. A person associated with the production team said – We are not going to make a remake of Basera and this is completely baseless and false. He said- Soon the production team will respond to the notice.
