The Stone Boy

A Midwestern family try to cope with their elder son’s death. After accidentally causing the fatal shooting of his brother, the younger, surviving son becomes hauntingly distant and his parents struggle with how to approach him., Stone People is a rural family melodrama about a boy who accidentally shoots and kills his older brother. Unable to accept the gravity of what he has done, the boy becomes withdrawn and stops speaking, which leads his family to believe that he doesn’t care about his brother’s death.
