When the Springboks, a South African rugby team, went to New Zealand for play-off games in their 1981 winter season, violent demonstrations and conflicts occurred because of the strong anti-apartheid sentiment in New Zealand. This film documents those events, which would ultimately end in the cancellation of two rugby games.
