Guerra (Otto Sanchez) refuses to shank Martinez (Carlos Leon), telling Morales (David Zayas) to do it himself. When Martinez dies, a distraught Nathan (Lauren Velez) tells Glynn she’ll go public with the autopsy results, prompting him to hold a preemptive press conference.
