Andy and Connie try to hide their impending nuptials from the 15th’s higher-ups, including an Internal Affairs bigwig (Casey Siemaszko) looking to settle an old score with Rodriguez. Meanwhile, a bitter Gulf War vet (W. Earl Brown) leads the squad on a wild goose chase after his brother is tied to a series of racially motivated murders; and Ortiz makes a bold move to get over her failed romance with Clark. And after a violent showdown with vengeful IAB officer Fraker (Casey Siemaszko), the future — and indeed the life — of precinct skipper Tony Rodriguez (Esai Morales) hangs in the balance.
