Angelo, an introvert young man in 1950’s Australia, sends a letter with a picture of his much more handsome brother Gino to a beautiful Italian girl who then agrees to travel overseas to marry him. Upon her arrival however, she realises Angelo is not the man she thought he would be., A shy young man in 1950’s Australia uses false pretenses to lure a beautiful Italian girl to travel overseas and marry him.
