Marvel Cinematic Universe, which has become like a school syllabus, has an extra class going on in Sony’s Spiderman Universe. People watched ‘Venom’ for its own reasons, so Sony made films like ‘Morbius’ and ‘Madam Web’. ‘Morbius’ somehow managed to be worth watching, but ‘Madam Web’ was definitely the worst film of Sony’s this spider world. The case of ‘Kraven the Hunter‘ is different from all these.
The case of ‘Kraven the Hunter’ is different from all these. Looking at the faces of the audience who came to watch this film, which was carried on the shoulders of Aaron Taylor-Johnson, who starred in ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ and ‘Avengers: The Age of Ultron’, it seems that Marvel should now go on a long vacation and bring something from there that can excite the audience of MCU and SCU again. The matter has now become really serious.
‘Kraven the Hunter’ is no less than a challenge
These days it often happens that there is no enthusiasm to watch a new film. It has been ages since I watched a blockbuster film that I did not even think of moving the recliner back and forth. If I recall the last films I watched while glued to the corner of the seat, I remember Daniel Craig’s farewell film from the James Bond series, ‘No Time to Die’, or the Spider-Man series film ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ that came in the same year. The films of the ‘Dune’ series or ‘Oppenheimer’ have their own places
But the last fun of watching pure masala Hollywood movies came from these James Bond and Spiderman movies. The fun of ‘Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning’ was also half-hearted. In such a situation, watching a movie like ‘Kraven the Hunter’ is no less than a challenge in itself.
Say goodbye to Sony Spiderman Universe
Sony Pictures may have improved its Spiderman series with the help of Marvel Studios, but the Sony Spiderman Universe, which grew out of different stories and characters, could not reach any conclusion. The ‘Venom’ series has reached its end with its last film last year. The viewers of this franchise can only pray that ‘Kraven the Hunter‘ is the last film of this universe. The story here is completely filmy. Sergei, the son who does not believe in the life philosophy of his proud father Nikolai, gets separated from everyone due to an accident that happens during hunting.
