The storyline of the series is set in the summer of 1998 in Palavas-les-Flots.
The series follows an inexpert contract worker named Sandrine Laplace. She think that she is an undercover agent of the intelligence bureau. And decided to solve the mystery behind a murder that happened on the ghost train at the local fair.
Sandrine meets two carnival workers named Carmen and Yvanne. She undercovers herself as a cotton candy seller at the fair and, with the help of Carmen and Yvanne, starts investigating the case. The three investigators find themselves stuck between a gang of killers.
Actors Alexandra Lamy, Chloé Jouannet, Audrey Lamy, Oscar Berthe, Lola Le Lann, Yvan Naubron, and Alex Lutz are playing various characters in the series.
