Indian film producer Anurag Kashyap has revealed in an interview that there was a time when I was not even able to afford my daughter Aliya Kashyap’s wedding. My financial condition was very bad, but at the same time, due to Vijay Sethupathi, I got a chance to act in the film Maharaja, which helped me financially.
Kashyap further said that I did not even have money for my daughter Aliya wedding. I had also written scripts for some films but they were not made. Vijay Sethupathi got me a role in Maharaja. He recommended my name, after which I got the role, which helped me to marry my daughter Aliya in a good way.
Praising Vijay Sethu, Kashyap said that he is not only a great artist but also a good person who is always ready to help others. Expressing gratitude towards Sethupathi, he said that such friends are very difficult to find.
