Do Patti: The makers released a new promo of the film
Netflix has released a new promo of the film ‘Do Patti’, in which a glimpse of the characters of Kriti Sanon and Kajol was seen. Kajol was seen getting confused by Kriti‘s double character in the promo.
‘Do Patti’ is Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon‘s first film as a producer. The film also stars Kriti and Kajol. After a long wait, the trailer of the film was released on October 14 and it was well received. To increase the excitement among the audience before the release of the film, the producers have released a new promo of both the actresses.
Yesterday, 20th October, Netflix shared a new promo of the much-awaited Do Patti. In the clip, viewers can see Kajol, who plays the role of a police officer, getting confused when she encounters Kriti Sanon‘s dual avatars. Kriti will be seen as ‘Saumya Sood’ and ‘Shaili’. The scene will definitely remind viewers of Hema Malini’s 1972 film ‘Seeta Aur Geeta’, where the veteran actress played dual roles.
Kriti wrote a special emotional note
Earlier, while sharing the trailer, Kriti had written an emotional note, as this is her first film as a filmmaker. The actress wrote on her Instagram, ‘My first film as a producer, my first film with a double role, one of my most challenging roles.. This butterfly tale is very special, with twists, turns, rivalry, love, hurt and an important subject that the whole team feels strongly about. Can’t wait for you all to see the film.’ ‘Do Patti’ is set to premiere on Netflix on October 25.
