John Abraham recently revealed that Aditya Chopra, the producer of the blockbuster movie Pathaan, is known for being very strict, particularly about who gets to see his films before they are released. According to John, Chopra only allowed Shah Rukh Khan to view the film during its production.
This meant that John had to rely on Shah Rukh Khan for updates on the film’s progress, as he was not shown the film himself until it was complete.
John spoke about how this dynamic played out during the making of Pathaan in an interview, noting the close bond he shares with Shah Rukh Khan despite their on-screen rivalry. He reflected on how their collaboration turned into a massive success, making Pathaan one of the biggest hits in Bollywood history.
The film, also starring Deepika Padukone, became the first Bollywood movie to gross over ₹500 crore at the Indian box office, cementing its place as a landmark film in the industry.
