Saqib Saleem breaks silence on rift rumours
The web show starring Varun Dhawan and Samantha premiered on Amazon Prime Video on November 7. Saqib was not present in all the promotional events that took place before this. Now recently, during an interview with Mid-Day, Saqib Saleem has spoken openly about the rumour of being upset with the makers of Citadel: Honey Bunny. He said, “The makers wanted to tell a story and the impact of my character was hidden in that story. So, my being there would have been detrimental to that story.”
Saqib was skeptical about shaving his head for the series
The actor believes that it is important to talk to people only after the release of a project. He said, “Usually we do promotions before the release and go on holiday as soon as it is released. I want to change it a bit. I think it will be a better conversation after the release.” During this conversation, the actor also talked about shaving his head.
