Govinda: returned to Mumbai
Actor-turned-politician Govinda was in Jalgaon district on Saturday to campaign for the Mahayuti candidates for the assembly elections. During this, his health suddenly deteriorated, due to which he had to stop the campaign. Govinda, who was in Jalgaon to campaign in Muktainagar, Bodwad, Pachora and Chopda, returned to Mumbai.
Pain in chest and leg
According to media reports, during the road show, the actor felt pain in his chest and leg, due to which he left the road show midway. However, no official statement has been issued by the actor regarding this yet.
Campaigning for Mahayuti
Actor Govinda during his roadshow asked people to stand with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and vote for the ruling coalition comprising BJP, Shiv Sena and NCP. Govinda has also been a former Lok Sabha MP from Congress and now he is a part of Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena.
Recently, Govinda was injured after being shot by his own gun, after which he was admitted to the hospital. The bullet hit his leg. Govinda‘s sudden deterioration in health has increased the concern of his fans.
