Wasted Woods

Wasted Woods shows destructive forestry practices used on the west coast during the 1960’s. Focusing on clear cutting, the film reveals the rapid deterioration of the forest ecology and the towns and businesses, along with the forests, in large areas of the west coast. As a bonus feature, this DVD includes the 2014 short video “Requiem for the Forest Giants” with the music by Howard Harawitz.
