Viroopa has a B.S. in Zoology from New Delhi University in India and is a trained Acharya (teacher) of the Nithyananda Foundation. She presents the teachings of the Enlightened Master and Modern Mystic, Paramahamsa Nithyananda as well as the Life Bliss Foundation. There are 7 transformational meditation techniques that are taught to reduce stress, remove anxiety, energize your charkas, increase vitality and productivity and infuse creativity and positive energy. Her presentation delivers an understanding of the relationship between our thoughts and their effect on our physical well being by giving insights into the processing of our thoughts. The use of a model showing how the conscious and unconscious work makes it easier to follow this process. Her training is then followed by a short session of mediation using a universal mantra with music with which you can participate.
