World War II is raging on the battle fields and a useless bunch of conscripts are called up for the army. The Sargeant and Lieutenant of the squad know that they can turn them into fighting men. Pretty soon they’ll all be putting it into practice in North Africa. Starring the wonderful David Niven and a host of great British actors, this is an absolute must see for war film fans.
