MILK OIL PAINT is a 21st century OIL PAINT. It should not be confused with the ancient aqueous MILK CASEIN TEMPERA PAINT. THIN layers dry in five minutes and THICK layers dry in one hour. Its purpose is to be used as a fast drying OIL PAINT for either “alla prima” direct painting or for use as an underpaint layer for normal oil paints.
