This previously un-released film is a rare glimpse into the Zen Filmmaking legacy of Scott Shaw and Donald G. Jackson. This film introduces the charater, Jack B. Quick, (played by Scott Shaw), for the first time as he must defeats two feuding warlord brother who are unleasing havoc on the streets of near-future Hollywood, California.
