Scallop Dive New Zealand

Covering some 4,000 km2 of sounds, islands, and peninsulas, the Marlborough Sounds lie at the New Zealand’s South Island’s north-easternmost point, and using SCUBA we dive in to the hunt for the scallops in their own realm the ocean . the scallops go great with the local wine Sauvignon blanc and lightly fryed in butter and garlic and served with buttered bread.
