Stay healthy with your baby, prepare for labor and get ready for a great figure after childbirth. In this class we practice yoga postures and breathing adapted for week 35 of our pregnancy. We learn the importance of practicing “alternate nostril breathing,” which gives us a sense of calm. This type of breathing helps to relieve anxiety and improves concentration; two things that are very important for labor and delivery.
