Stay healthy with your baby, prepare for labor and get ready for a great figure after childbirth. In this class we practice yoga postures and breathing adapted for week 34 of our pregnancy. Our asanas this week become more gentle and slow. Practicing the “humming bee breath” helps us relieve stress, anger, anxiety and insomnia, which allow us to get through the remaining weeks of pregnancy easier.
