Stay healthy with your baby, prepare for labor and get ready for a great figure after childbirth. In this class we practice yoga postures and breathing adapted for week 17 of our pregnancy. We return to the basic grounding postures in order to gain equilibrium. We keep working on our digestive system in order to keep it healthy and flowing properly, thus allowing us to feel healthier and more balanced.
