Peoples Yoga Presents; Hip Opening Yoga – Beginner to Intermediate Power Vinyasa Yoga

This 48 minute Vinyasa flow yoga class is perfect for the beginner to intermediate yoga student. The focus of the class is hip opening. We do move through a Sun Salutation A and Sun Salutation B to warm up the body and also include balancing, core and spine strengthening. The class includes a couple of mini “posture clinics” to go over some common yoga postures. We take a few extra minutes in this class to go over Ardha Chandrasana (1/2 moon pose) and Trikonasana (triangle pose).
