The small town of Springfield finds itself becoming a center for crime and prostitution and mayor holds an emergency meeting to discuss a plan to clean up the indecent and salacious issues surrounding the area. This film was condemned by the Legion of Decency for presenting material “unfit for the screen” at the time of it’s release.
