Ginny Johnsen is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years experience helping individuals improve their health through lifestyle changes and better eating habits. Her specialty is helping clients overcome health problems associated with adverse food reactions. Ginny is a member of the American Dietetic Association, the Ohio Dietetic Association and a member of the practice groups for Weight Management, SCAN (Sports Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition) Nurtition Entrepreneurs and Nutrition in Complimentary Care. In this presentation, Ginny gives a non-dieting approach to weight management. Diets do not work! If you are angry with yourself for yet another failed diet or have developed eating patterns that create Yo-Yo dieting, mindfulness can change your relationship with food so that you can find a place of peace and maintain a healthy weight.
