Renee Davis is a native of Columbus, Ohio. Food has always been a huge part of her life because of her seven siblings and huge extended family. She realized her passion for the culinary arts 7 years ago and began to pursue that passion in 2007 when she enrolled in the culinary program at Columbus State Community College. Renee has her Associates Degree in Applied Science and is a Certified Sous Chef. She also received specialized training at Garde Manger and Pantry Chef. Renee is also very passionate about health and wellness and believes that good, healthy food is essential to everyone’s life. She loves to educate on the aspects of healthy eating while also allowing the food to be satisfying and tasty.In this presentation, Renee provides a forum about the purpose of food in our daily lives and how to get back to the REAL meaning and PURPOSE of food.
