Hamac Cazim

“Hamac Cazim” tells the story of punk rockers from a native tribe called the Seri nation, or Comcac, who are using music to protect their ancestral language and culture, against a long history of colonization. Converging themes of music, tribes, and endangered species, the film delivers a tuneful meditation on the challenge to preserve native heritage, and the power of music to stage that fight.
