Series creator Patrick Sean Smith talks about the inspiration for the show, despite lacking a “Greek” college experience himself.This Paley Center live event honors “Greek,” the drama series about a brother and sister whose lives become complicated after joining Greek-lettered “clubs” at prestigious Cyprus-Rhodes University.
