Ralph Wood, 90 year-old World War 2 veteran recalls his experiences as a gunner in the B-17, being shot down and held prisoner in Stalag 17, his return to America, and making a career in the space program, helping to build satellites and planetary space probes. His story comes alive in this video about a great American. Ralph past away in Sonora, California, on January 30, 2012.
