This yoga program is designed for students of all levels of yogic skill and physical ability.During this yoga class, Kathleen will take you through each yoga posture step by step.She offers suggestions for safe and effective practice and demonstrates alternate postureswith the use of props for ease and comfort in each movement.Kathleen Kelly-Hoffman, E-RYT has been studying yoga for the past 30 years and teaching the practice for the past 20 years. Her teaching style is a blend of fluid movement of postures know as vinyasa, with the attention given to alignment of the Iyengar and Anusara schools. Kathleen leads yoga and zen meditation workshops nationally.
