Albemarle’s Black Classrooms

“Albemarle’s Black Classrooms” is a documentary feature that tells the story of historically black schools located in Albemarle County, Virginia. This film discusses the buildings themselves, along with Virginia’s “Massive Resistance” to school desegregation, and the educational experience for African-American’s in Albemarle County over the past 100 years.
