A Troubled City

A small city is troubled with drugs and violent crimes, while the homeless population is growing at a rapid rate, and it seems as if nobody cares anymore. During the film, after a young boy is wrongfully accused of theft and murdered by the neighborhood store owner, the city is outraged and comes together to make a change that every hood America would love to see.
