A Bat’s Life

Thirteen kinds of bats live in Sweden. They feed exclusively on insects, but with the onset of the long, cold winter, their food disappears… for the next six months. The bats have no choice but to starve. This film investigates how, with the help of local people, Sweden’s flying mammals are able to survive.
