Farah Khan on Boney Kapoor: He Treats Helicopters Like Rickshaws!
Farah Khan told how Boney Kapoor hired several helicopters to take the crew to a corner of Alaska during the shooting of a song for Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit‘s film Pukar. Farah praised Boney‘s generosity as a producer and told her daughter her experience.
Used helicopter like a rickshaw
According to media reports, Farah Khan happily said, “Your father was using helicopters like rickshaws.” Farah revealed that when director Rajkumar Santoshi said he wanted to have Indian food in Alaska, Boney found an Indian chef in the middle of the place and decided to make sure everyone enjoys the food.
Food arrangements made on the set
Farah said, “We were in a remote corner of Alaska, which is like the North Pole, and Boney had a serving of butter chicken, naan, biryani, paneer and dal makhani. I was thinking ‘what is happening’. He found an Indian chef and got everything delivered there. Choppers were being used like Dunzo for the delivery.”
