The new German series Dear Child is based on a thriller novel written by Romy Hausmann.
The six-part thriller series is co-directed by Isabel Kleefled and Julian Porksen.
Dear Child revolves around a woman who was held captive by a man. After the woman escaped from her captor, the mystery behind her disappearance thirteen years ago unfolded.The various characters in the series are played by Kim Riedle, Naila Schuberth, Sammy Schrein, Hams Low, Haley Louise Jones, Justus Von Dohnanyi, Hulika Jenkins, Birge Schade, Christian Beermann, Sepahina Maria Schweiger, Ozgur Kqradeniz, and Jeanne Goursaud.
Dear Child will debut on Netflix on September 7, 2023.
