Easy Yoga for Shoulders and Neck Tension
These gentle neck & shoulder stretches fit easily into any daily routine. A brief seated segmented lengthens the side body allowing for full expansion, followed by standing stretches to loosen tight muscles. Bring it back down to the mat for restorative, prop-assisted poses, ending with the exquisite stillness of shavasana. Needed: 2 blankets, a bolster, 2 blocks or pillows, 1 yoga strap (or tie).
