“Balancing Four Corners”
With this lesson onwards, Dr Paul Lam begins with guiding you through full warm-up exercises, which he calls “1-2-3”. After running through the movements from Lesson 2, Dr Lam teaches you a new movement called “Balancing Four Corners”, a slightly more complex movement which gets easier once you get the rhythm of it. You then practice through the movements and end with cool-down exercises.
